[Windows Vista/7/8/10]
C:\Users\[user_name]\AppData\Roaming\Opera Mail\Opera Mail\

[Windows XP/2003] 
C:\Documents and Settings\[user_name]\Application Data\Opera Mail\Opera Mail\

This “wand.dat” file contains series of records including email address, username & password for each stored mail account.

However file itself is encrypted using 3DES-CBC algorithm.
