Cyberduck stores all the FTP login passwords in Windows Credential Manager as shown below,

All credentials are stored under type “Generic Credentials”.

Each FTP login credential entry has the name “ftp://username@server”. So it is easy to distinguish between FTP and other credentials.

FTP Server & Username is stored in clear text. FTP Password is also stored in clear text but uses Unicode format.
